Services

Nolan Giles Legal LLC provides legal counsel and representation primarily focused on refund claims for individuals and businesses. The scope of services for each client will be explicitly defined in a separate engagement agreement. Our services are subject to the laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States. No legal attorney-client relationship is formed by merely visiting this website or submitting an inquiry through our contact form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel legal services with Nolan Giles Legal LLC by providing 14 days' written notice. Eligibility for refunds of fees paid will depend on the terms specified in the individual engagement agreement. Generally, retainers may be partially refunded for unearned hours or unexpended costs. Flat fees for completed work are non-refundable. Any refund will be processed within 30 days of cancellation and will reflect services rendered up to the date of effective cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
